TERMS OF SERVICE

THE CLEANONIKA Effective Date: 10/8/2025

1. PARTIES This agreement is between THE CLEANONIKA ("Company," "we," "us") and the client ("Client," "you") requesting cleaning services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED We provide residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to: - Regular house cleaning - Deep cleaning - Move-in/move-out cleaning - Post-construction cleanup - Custom cleaning services as agreed upon

3. SCHEDULING AND ACCESS - Services are scheduled by mutual agreement - Client must provide reasonable access to the premises - If access is denied, client may be charged a trip fee - 24-hour notice required for cancellations to avoid fees

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT - Pricing is based on property size, service type, and frequency - Payment is due upon completion of services - Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card - Late payment fees may apply after 30 days - Returned check fee: $35

5. SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT - We provide standard cleaning supplies and equipment - Special products may be requested at additional cost - Client may provide specific products if preferred

6. QUALITY GUARANTEE - We guarantee satisfaction with our services - Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion - We will return to address any legitimate concerns at no charge

7. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE - Company carries liability insurance - Client should secure valuables and fragile items - Company is not liable for pre-existing damage - Liability is limited to the cost of services provided

8. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR THE CLEANONIKA operates as an independent contractor, not as an employee of the client.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY We respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality of all information obtained during service provision.

10. TERMINATION Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of services already provided.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be handled in accordance with Florida state law.

12. GOVERNING LAW This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
