By submitting a quote request, booking an appointment, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Services

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete contact and service information.

• Ensure safe access to the property and inform us about any special conditions (e.g., pets, fragile surfaces, or hazards).

• Not misuse the website, interfere with security, or infringe upon others’ rights.

Cleanonika reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are encountered.

3. Communication & SMS Consent

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service-related communications such as confirmations, reminders, ETA updates, rescheduling notices, and invoices from Cleanonika.

4. Quotes, Payment & Cancellations

• Quotes: Estimates are based on information provided and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ.

• Payment: Payment is due at service completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are those supported by our payment processor.

• Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

• Access / No-Show: If our team cannot access the property during the appointment window, a trip or no-show fee may apply.

5. Service Scope & Limitations

We strive for exceptional results, but some stains or buildup may be permanent or require specialized restoration.
Cleanonika does not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials unless explicitly agreed upon.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, building access, or mobile carrier delivery failures

• Loss or damage of valuables not properly secured by the client

6. Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleanonika disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website and booking systems may link to third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling, payment, or messaging providers).
We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
